Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Government-issued picture identification and valid credit card are required upon check-in. An additional security deposit may be requested upon check-in. 

Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Resort Fee – A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

Modern touches are provided by 60" LED Flat-Screen TVs with 3D-equipped technology, new mini refrigerators, high-speed Internet access (Cat 5 Cable or Wi-Fi) and rich, heavy red leather pullout sofas (King room only).

Signature Rooms are available with one king or two double beds featuring Simmons Beautyrest Chadfield Recharge Signature mattresses with a layer of Transflexion Comfort Technology and premium sateen bed linens with stylish duvets. The bed frame boasts a Hollywood-inspired black leather appeal that's the focus point of the luxurious, Signature Room.

Pet Policy

• Pets Allowed:

  Dog Friendly Policy: Hotel is dog friendly and will allow up to 2 dogs not to exceed 60 pounds total. Only Dogs are allowed on Westgate property. Emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals under Westgate Resort’s Service Animal Policy or applicable law and are only permitted on Resort property to the extent they qualify under the Dog Friendly Policy and shall be subject to any associated fees.

  Service Animal Policy: Service Animals, defined as dogs and certain miniature horses only, are not subject to the Pet Dog Fee or Unauthorized Pet Dog Penalty Fee. They are subject to damage assessments. These policies are subject to change at any time. Fees will be charged at the hotel, there are breed and weight restrictions. Specific details can be provided by the hotel.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino has changed names a few times in its history, but it’s that history that makes the place so special. From 1969 through 1976, Elvis Presley lived and performed here, and you’ll even come across employees who can still tell stories of the time they met Elvis.
